Marine Construction

We design and build boat houses, hardscaping, and seawalls in the Council Grove and surrounding area. We offer custom floating and stationary dock construction. Some features include roof systems, floating and stationary boatlifts, PWC docking ports, swim ladders, benches, electrical service and more. We are a dealer of quality product offerings from ShoreMaster, HydroHoist, Wetsteps, PolyDock, and more. We have access to all the offerings within the ShoreMaster family of their steel and aluminum shore-front products. We operate a custom built work barge to help us build our floating and stationary dock systems. We can work right off the shoreline hauling materials and driving steel moorings in place. Look us up for all your dock needs and let us build you a time-tested dock system for years of enjoyment in the waters of the beautiful Flint Hills.

We work with great manufacturers some of which are located right here in Kansas like Koch Cabinetry and Crestwood, Inc. We do siding, soffit, and fascia replacement along with window and door renovations. We do exterior projects like decking and railing renovations and use components such as cable rail, composite, or custom built steel powder coated railing. We work with dozens of vendors to source quality building materials such as engineered trusses, pre-finished lap siding and corrugated metals, insulation, overhead doors, windows, and unlimited wall and ceiling choices. We can do every scope of the build including pad/site prep, concrete flatwork, radiant heat systems, plumbing and electrical trenching, erection of building, and finish work too.
